How X retweets arrive, and why the pace is low

They go to one post, from accounts that are live on X and have their own posting history. The first ones appear within an hour of you starting, and from there the batch fills at 5 to 50 a day until it is done.

That pace is the point of this service rather than a limitation of it. A repost is a stronger public signal than a like: it puts your post on someone else's timeline under their name. A hundred of them landing inside an hour, on a post with eleven replies, is the combination a sceptical reader notices first.

What a bought retweet is, and what it is not

It is an account reposting your post. That is visible: anyone can open the reposts list and look at who is in it, which is true of every account that reposts you, bought or not.

What it gives you is the count under the post and a wider surface for it to be seen on. What it does not give you is the thing a repost from an interested person gives you, which is their followers actually reading it. The accounts reposting are not an audience for your writing, and we would rather say that here than imply a lift that will not arrive.

If the goal is for the post to be seen by more people rather than to carry a bigger number, views do that job more directly and cost a fraction as much.

How many retweets a post should carry

Retweets are read against likes, and the ratio people expect is lopsided: most posts collect far more likes than reposts. A post showing 400 reposts and 90 likes is inverted in a way that draws attention to itself.

• A normal post. Keep reposts well under the likes, roughly a fifth or less.
• An announcement you want spread. This is where a few hundred earns its place, built over a week or two rather than a day.
• A thread. Put them on the first post, since that is the one people repost and the one the count is read on.

Starter weekly's 50 retweets suits one post a week with a modest number. Pro weekly's 150 covers a few, and Elite weekly's 500 is the level for an account pushing several posts or an agency spreading them across accounts.

The 30-day top-up on retweets

If the repost count drops inside 30 days of a batch landing, the shortfall is sent again at no extra cost and without you asking. After 30 days a drop stays, and we publish that number rather than promising drops are covered indefinitely.

Reposts do come off over time: accounts get removed, and people who reposted can undo it. A window that covers the first month is what the delivery network stands behind, so that is what we pass on to you rather than a longer number we could not honour.

Deleting the post ends it either way. The reposts go with it and there is nothing to carry across to a new post, so if you repost something that did well, start a fresh batch on the new link.
