How custom add-ons work

Custom add-ons are for when you need more than Elite includes. You pick how much of each metric you want on one platform, starting at the amount Elite includes, and whether each one renews weekly or monthly. The amounts add to your plan there, or work on their own if you have no plan. Weekly items must total at least $5 a week and monthly items $15 a month.

Build a custom add-on in the Custom tab

  1. Open plans and prices, pick the platform, then press Custom.
  2. Open a metric’s row on the right and set its Billing switch to Weekly or Monthly. Every metric has its own switch.
  3. Move the slider or type an amount. The first step jumps to the Starts at amount, the one Elite includes, and the Rate line shows the price per unit for that billing. The row then reads, for example, “5,000 followers · Weekly”.
  4. Do the same for every metric you want. A metric you leave at zero reads Not included.
  5. Check the lines and totals on the left, then press Buy Custom.

Past the starting amount the slider moves in steps, for example 50 followers or 1,000 views at a time on TikTok, and an amount you type below the start is raised to it. Weekly items must add up to at least $5 a week and monthly items to at least $15 a month. Below that the button stays grey and the card names the group that is short, such as “Monthly items start at $15 a month.”

Why custom starts at the Elite amount

Custom starts where the plans stop. Amounts up to Elite’s are what Starter, Pro and Elite are for, so each custom metric begins at what Elite includes on the same billing and goes up from there. A metric is either not included or somewhere between that starting amount and its maximum.

  • TikTok and Instagram followers: from 2,500 a week or 10,000 a month.
  • TikTok views and Instagram Reel views: from 100,000 a week or 400,000 a month.
  • YouTube live viewers: from 500 per boost, weekly or monthly.
  • YouTube views: from 30,000 a week or 120,000 a month.

The rate tables below list the start for every metric. Most metrics clear the $5 or $15 minimum on their own at the starting amount, such as 2,500 TikTok followers a week for $24.75. TikTok saves and shares don’t: 1,000 saves a week come to $2.30, and even the most shares you can pick, 7,000 a week, cost $0.98. Add another metric with the same billing, or for saves a larger amount, such as 2,200 a week for $5.06.

Custom rates and starting amounts for each metric

Each line is priced at its own billing’s rate and rounded to the cent. Weekly and monthly items make two separate totals, and the price you buy at is the price you renew at.

The picture above adds up like this: 5,000 followers at $0.99 per 100 is $49.50 a week. On the monthly side, 50,000 likes at $1.64 per 1,000 is $82.00 and 500,000 views at $0.43 per 1,000 is $215.00, so $297.00 a month.

If you want a bit of everything, Elite is the better buy. Elite weekly’s whole TikTok mix built here would cost $99.89 a week against $89.99 for the plan, so take Elite and add custom where you run short.

How custom amounts add to your plan

Everything you pick adds to what your plan includes on that platform. TikTok Elite weekly gives 2,500 followers every 7 days; add 2,500 custom followers a week for $24.75 and you can start up to 5,000 followers each week. The number available when you start an instance and the tiles in Settings, Subscription show the combined amount, with a line for the plan and one for each custom add-on, such as “Elite 0 of 2,500 left” and “Custom weekly 1,000 of 2,500 left”.

YouTube live viewers add up the same way. Elite allows 500 viewers per boost, so with 500 custom live viewers ($60.00 a week) you can run 1,000-viewer boosts on every stream while both are active. On Pro, the same 500 make 650.

  • One custom item per service. Every service you buy is its own item, weekly or monthly, with its own price and renewal date, next to your tier or trial.
  • Buying a tier keeps your custom amounts. Moving from Starter to Pro changes only the plan’s part.
  • Buying a service again replaces that item. New custom followers replace your current custom followers, weekly or monthly, with the full new amount from that day. Your other custom items and the plan stay, and a service you don’t have yet is added next to them.
  • No plan needed. Custom works on its own, and every account you add on that platform shares it, as with a plan’s allowance.

Which allowance an instance uses first

An instance takes from your plan (or trial) first and moves on to that service’s custom item only when the plan’s amount runs out. The plan is what you pay for either way, so it goes first.

Say you’re on TikTok Elite weekly (2,500 followers) with 2,500 custom followers a week. Starting 4,000 followers takes 2,500 from Elite and 1,500 from the custom followers. If 300 of them aren’t delivered, those 300 go back to the custom followers, the last part that instance drew from.

Each part resets on its own clock: a weekly custom item every 7 days, a monthly one every 30, and the plan on its own billing. As with the plans, a metric’s period starts the first time you use it (how allowances work).

Weekly or monthly for each metric

Flip a metric’s switch to Monthly and its amount is multiplied by 4, then priced at the monthly rate. Flip it back and the amount is divided by 4. The starting amounts are 4 times apart too, 2,500 TikTok followers a week or 10,000 a month, so a flipped amount never lands below the start. YouTube live viewers stay the same either way, because they’re the most viewers per boost, usable on every stream, not a quantity that runs out.

Monthly rates are a little lower per unit, and a monthly amount is there in full from the first day. For live viewers, 500 per boost cost $240.00 a month against $60.00 a week. Weekly also suits a short push, such as a launch week for a new series.

How custom add-ons behave once you buy them

  • Same dashboard, same rules. The smallest amount you can start is the same, and Auto-Start on TikTok and YouTube draws from the combined amount.
  • Metrics at zero aren’t included. If neither your plan nor your custom amounts include a metric, you can’t start it and the form says “Your plan doesn’t include” that metric.
  • Same payment options. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or crypto through Cryptomus, with 10% off when auto-renew is on with a card.
  • Each item renews on its own. A weekly item renews every 7 days and a monthly one every 30, at the price you bought it for.

Questions about custom add-ons

Why do custom followers start at 2,500?
Because custom starts where Elite stops. Up to Elite’s amounts the plans cover you, so every custom metric starts at what Elite includes on the same billing: 2,500 TikTok or Instagram followers a week, or 10,000 a month. Add 2,500 a week to Elite weekly and you have 5,000 followers every 7 days.
What is the cheapest custom add-on on Socialbot?
$5 a week, the minimum for weekly items (monthly items start at $15 a month). 200 TikTok comments a week, Elite’s weekly amount, cost exactly $5.00. Most other metrics cost more at their starting amount, such as 3,000 YouTube AI chat messages a week for $21.00.
Can I have custom amounts and a Pro plan on the same platform?
Yes. Custom stacks on top of Pro, or any other plan or trial, on the same platform. With YouTube Pro and 500 custom live viewers, your boosts can have up to 650 viewers.
What happens if I buy custom followers again?
The new followers replace your current custom followers: the new amount, the new billing if you switched it, and the full amount from that day. Your other custom items, such as likes or views, and your plan stay as they are.
Can I mix weekly and monthly items in one purchase?
Yes. Each metric has its own switch, so you can take followers weekly and views monthly. The card then shows two totals, and each group needs its own minimum: $5 a week for weekly items and $15 a month for monthly ones.
